Great Lakes Development Consulting and Construction Management
(GLDCCM) is the outgrowth of a forty-year-old, nationally ranked,
family general contracting business. The advent of Great Lakes’
evolution from project equity investor to development consultant
began twenty years ago. The Firm now provides leadership
development, NCCER Certified Training, Technical Assistance for assist
agencies, CTA BSB Ascend HI program,  and NOF alike, along with Virtual Technical Assistance/Compliance
within GLDCCM’s Preferred Network.

For the  Chicago Neighborhood Rebuild Program,
Great Lakes' sister company, Lattice Development, LLC brings over 100 years of combined experience in Development Consulting and Construction Management as well as
Succession Planning for family-owned enterprises.

Our mission at GLDCCM is to develop and build capacity in local
businesses; provide operational best practices and resources through
capital development consulting, construction project management,
succession planning and executive leadership development.
